From 0 to 5 in just one month!

Well, many of you guys know that Travis and I have been trying to start a family for over 2 years now. We have tried so many different things and have just not been successful. After months and months of prayer and being hopeful in becoming pregnant, we have finally turned to adoption. Our sister in law introduced us to a wonderful family that has adopted through Arrow Ministries and their success story really gave us the confidence we needed before we decided to proceed. In order to adopt through Arrow, you must become a Certified Foster Family since the babies/children that come through Arrow are from CPS. We have completed over 1/2 of the classes required! We are both really excited and cannot wait to start moving forward with the home study and then just wait for the baby that God already has planned for us. We were advised through the agency that it is best if you already have a room ready to go for a baby. Once you are contacted, it could be hours before you have a baby at your home. So we have sold the waterbed and are getting the "baby room" somewhat ready. We are both really excited and hope to have the room painted by Thanksgiving...gender neutral of course. So...in the meantime, we have not given up on becoming pregnant...and its a good thing! God is amazing, we went to Dr. Francis office today and after 2 years of no eggs ready to be fertilized, I have FIVE healthy eggs all waiting! Although this is not the ideal scenario either, we are just excited to have some healthy eggs. So now we wait, because as much as we want A baby, we do not think we could handle FIVE. We will see our new fertility Dr in the next couple weeks. No matter if God is planning on us adopting or giving us a biological baby, we are so blessed and thankful that TODAY God reminded us that He is in control and is working miracles in our family. Thank you so much everyone for all your prayers and please continue to remember us.
