With fall well on its way, this week as we have driven into the office, we have talked about what an incredible summer we have had. Several vacations spent with our families and friends could have not been a better way to spend the HOT days that we experienced this year. Spending Fathers Day with Trav's dad and brother's family at the Frio River, my family reunion over the 4th of July weekend, and a week long vacation with Trav's family and my family all at the beach, was the perfect summer!
We really do have so much to be thankful for and the blessing of getting to adopt a new baby is so exciting. We are in the really hard part of the process right now, waiting. We have not heard anything since we were officially approved in June. There are currently 13-16 families through our agency that are waiting for the same call we are hoping for. Although, we want nothing more than our baby to hold, we are excited with what God has in store for us with this new season of our lives approaching!

That pool picture is fun. :) I'm so excited for y'all that you'll be getting a phone call from the agency! God's timing will be perfect!
