Thank you!

Well, this time last year many of you may remember receiving an email from me asking for prayers as Travis and I were going to face some challenges through the upcoming year. With 2008 practically behind us, I must say that "God is so good". I just want to thank all of our family and friends who have taken time from their days and have called, emailed, sent cards, come by to visit, sat and listened, wiped tears and ultimately have taken Travis and my needs to the Lord. Do not get me wrong, I am NOT sorry to see 2008 almost behind us; but we have grown so much this year and have honestly learned so many life lessons. Again, we will never be able to truly show our appreciation for what each of you have done for us. I can say that we love you all and would love to share the same comfort to you all that has been offered to us through this year of trial.

OK as for the fertility update that so many people are keeping up with...we have moved forward with one more egg than we originally set as our limit. We have FOUR eggs that are all possibilities of becoming our babies. At this point, I totally know that even one child would be a huge undertaking, but I think God has used this year to prepare us for what may be coming our way. Our good friend Scott made the comment the other night at dinner that we should just go ahead and expect multiples. We all laughed, but this really is something that we had to pray and discuss many nights. Ultimately, we will find out on December 15th if we are pregnant. The Dr's seemed very thrilled with the progress of the treatment at my last appointment. All we can do is pray at this point, what is done is done. Please understand it is kinda hard for me to tell everyone that we will have an answer on the 15th. I have had to share the devastating news so many times that "no we are not pregnant, again", after 2 years of saying NO, I sure pray and hope that this year as a 4 year anniversary gift to me and Travis that we can share Good News. I will try to personally call everyone with an update, but also I am sure I will blog about it, positive or negative.
